Storing our Cheese
Once a cheese leaves the creamery, the clock is ticking. Fresh, Fromage Blanc has a “sell by” date on every cup. It's three-four weeks from the day it was made. Aged cheese has a shelf life of two-three weeks from the time it is cut. Once cut, wrap the aged cheese in wax paper and store it in a ziplock bag or lidded container in your refrigerator’s vegetable drawer. You should always keep the cheese in the coldest and most humid part of your refrigerator.
